The Cambodia Community Paralegal Network

The Cambodia Community Paralegal Network platform (cambodiaparalegals.org) is a dedicated digital toolkit and bilingual educational library managed by the Community Legal Education Center (CLEC). Designed to support our active grassroots network of 254 community-based paralegals—including 69 highly trained women operating across 18 provinces and the capital—this platform equips frontline defenders with instant, mobile-friendly access to foundational legal textbooks, dispute resolution guides, and environmental justice campaign materials . By centralizing these critical resources, the site empowers local leaders to successfully facilitate "peace tables" and mobile mediation to protect vulnerable communities affected by land and natural resource (LNR) issues . Ultimately, this digital hub directly advances CLEC's core vision: ensuring the Cambodian people live in a society under the rule of law, in peace, and in social harmony .
